We also know that the woman made a false police statement about an allegation she made against Elliott, but that the NFL investigation concluded that she was telling the truth about three other allegations of physical assault. The Columbus, Ohio prosecutor, who did not press charges against Elliott, also believed his alleged victim, but suggested he had no evidence to press charges.

The purpose of this article is to sort through what has been made public and put together a timeline based on police reports, witness statements, text messages, and NFL results. Not all information on this case is public. Only recorded police interviews of the alleged victim and one witness were made available.
